IMU Kit Troubleshooting

Problem	What to do
BLE kit is not found	Put it in pairing mode, confirm the blue flashing light, check Bluetooth permission, and use its exact name.
USB port is not found	Reconnect the cable, then run `usb_diagnostics.py ports`.
USB health fails	Disconnect other IMU tools, reconnect the kit, and rerun `health --port <port>`.
Plot has no data	Check the selected transport and make sure only one tool is using the kit.
Robot run cannot prepare the IMU	Confirm USB is connected and the kit is rigidly mounted on the flange before the calibration motion.

Rename the kit

Use USB to give each kit a unique BLE name:

Standby and measurement range

Use BLE to change auto-standby or inspect measurement ranges:

Only change full-scale settings over BLE. USB full-scale writes are not supported by current firmware.

When asking for support, include the command and its full output plus either USB info or BLE stats.
